Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods: We ship to addresses within Canada and the USA using UPS. The shipping method and delivery timeframe may vary depending on your location and the carrier selected during checkout.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
Original paintings require 10–15 business days to process before shipping, as we carefully varnish, frame, and prepare each piece to ensure safe delivery.
Please note: Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unexpected circumstances such as supply delays or increased order volume.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.
Tracking Information: An automated email with tracking details will be sent to you once your shipping label has been created. If you do not receive this email or need assistance, please contact us directly.
International Shipping: At this time, we ship primarily within Canada and the United States. For international orders, please reach out to us—we may be able to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please note that international shipments may experience longer delivery times due to customs and other transit-related delays.
Refund Policy
Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your request. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
Return Condition: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
