A poppy.
One impossibly large scarlet poppy opening above her head.
There is something quietly subversive about it. An umbrella is usually a device for keeping the world away. Rebecca has transformed it into something that makes the world more beautiful. It doesn't merely protect—it delights.
And isn't that, in many ways, what art does?
It interrupts utility with wonder.
The woman doesn't appear burdened by it; she seems sheltered by beauty.
Love to see this beautiful, painting in a print~
